These foam wedges happen helping with my pain but also stretching my calves after Ren riding my e-bike for several hours. The individual foam has raised and depressed pattern sold the pieces can be set together. While I don't normally use all three at the same time, even the smallest setting can help tremendously with stretching and prevent pain as I've had calves injury that prevents me from having full range of motion if not warmed up all the way. Overall, this is a great set of hard but durable phone and also works if you have big feet as I'm almost size 11 but have no issues putting my foot on it!
